The Principality of New Eiffel (PNE), commonly known as New Eiffel[7][8][a] (NE), and formerly known as New Temporary and New Finland, was a self-proclaimed sovereign state, more commonly referred to as a micronation by external observers. Located in northwestern Europe,[9][10] it was landlocked almost completely within London, England. New Eiffel was a constitutional monarchy with Prince Janus I as the head of state.[7] Its population is 5, however it had 25 total citizens. The capital was Új Repülő and the largest city was New Leeds. New Eiffel had 3 official languages (English, Afrikaans, New Eiffellian), 3 national languages (Hungarian, Arabtemporarian, Zësøtix), and 3 recognised minority languages (LOLspeak, Flemish, Dutch). The main area of New Eiffel with its capital and legislation is sometimes known as Mainland New Eiffel, which excludes its five territories.
New Eiffel's predecessor, New Finland, was established as a Republic on 31 December 2017, originally laying claim to land in South Africa. On 4 January 2018, a second claim was made in London, and later the original claim in South Africa was dropped entirely. After late February, New Finland became plagued with inactivity. It was declared a monarchy on 4 June, and the nation's founder, Zabëlle Skye, declared himself king. Only a few days after the Supreme General Janus Smith attempted a failed coup coup d'état, and the two came to an agreement that Zabëlle I would reform New Finland by making it more democratic, and installing a better defined law system. However, as Zabëlle kept legal power over the courts, he used legal loopholes to attempt to steal private property from citizens, and he pardoned himself or delayed the courts from proceeding if any accusations were made against him. He abdicated after the heavy backlash, leaving New Finland in de facto anarchy with no government in place. On 11 August, Zabëlle declared himself Prince of the Principality of New Temporary, which would later be renamed New Eiffel. It saw huge cultural, architectural, economic, industrial, agricultural and diplomatic development throughout 2019 under Zabëlle I's reign, and also arrived to the MicroWiki Sector, becoming a superpower within the community. On 14 December 2019, Zabëlle inadvertently lost the digital and only record of New Eiffel's constitution, starting the 2019–2020 New Eiffelic Constitution Crisis and subsequently the Crisis in New Eiffel. Lasting for almost a year until early October 2020, the crisis brought New Eiffelic stability to a halt, and a provisional government was established. On 1 November, after months of attempting to find a solution with Janus, with some proposals including changing New Eiffel's territorial claims, the other residents sided with Janus and had publicly expressed their opposition to New Eiffel's claim to sovereignty. New Eiffel was unexpectedly declared dissolved on 1 November 2020 at midnight 12:00 p.m. (NET; UTC).
Despite the fact that New Eiffel had a relatively isolated policy on individual micronational relations, it frequently participated in intermicronational organisations and sectors, and was an especially large influence in the MicroWiki Sector. New Eiffel was a founding state of the Organisation of Active Micronations in November 2018, which had 47 member states by its dissolution,[11] and the Christian Micronational Union in September 2019, though it was never fully functional. By New Eiffel's dissolution, it had been a member state of the Micronational Olympic Federation since February 2019, Grand Unified Micronational since May 2019 and the Cupertino Alliance since March 2020. The head delegate to the latter three organisations, Zabëlle Skye, had also held high ranking positions within the organisations. New Eiffel is the birthplace of Statistic-Dime, which is the largest statistical company in the MicroWiki Sector. New Eiffel was also engaged in the TOES Sector, and had made several unsuccessful attempts at attending summits in the London Sector.[12]
New Eiffel had a strong national economy and often ranked high on measurements of national performance. New Eiffel had the highest rating on the Economic Potential Index and ranked high on DSMS, UNC and Freayth's System of Classification, and very highly on CGSC and MPI (David's). New Eiffel's public opinion was also very high, as reflected by its high rankings on the GUM Member States Positivity Survey (first), Cupertino Member Positivity Survey (first) and the 19th MicroWiki Influence Survey (second).
Etymology
- See also: Names of New Eiffel
The name was coined by Janus Smith on 30 August 2018. The name of the principality was composed of two words, "New" and "Eiffel". The word "New" symbolised the nation's rebirth from its predecessor state (the Kingdom of New Finland), while "Eiffel" was a reference to the famous Eiffel Tower, which represents progress and integrity.

History
Prehistory
The property that New Eiffel claims was constructed in 1936, after a farmland was bought and a row of houses were built on the land. It is very likely that the modern New Eiffelic South-East Border was also built during that time. Plitvice Bomb Shelter, an air-raid shelter which is now registered as a grade 3-listed building, was built during World War II, likely 1939–1940, or earlier. The New Eiffel Main Route 1 on its current alignment has existed since at least January 2018, however the pathway of the roadway has been around since at least the 1960s or earlier. Historic Window was built in the 1980s or 90s. The house was than purchased by the House of Smith in August 2007.
South African Era
New Eiffel was founded as the Republic of New Finland on 31 December 2017. It claimed land in South Africa.
Nine residents were living in the first claimed area of New Finland, although none of them were officially citizens. New Finland adopted its first national flag on the day of its establishment, although the meaning of the flag is unknown. Prince Zabëlle I belives it was meant to symbolise unity, since it has multiple colours on the left corner of the flag and it was based upon the South African flag, which represents unity.
On 4 January, a second land claim was made in the United Kingdom. The Republic of New Finland became plagued with inactivity after late January. Prince Zabëlle I, who was President Zabëlle Skye at the time, decided they needed to give New Finland a boost if it was ever going to became a major micronation. He was backed up by many of his citizens at the time. The South African claim was dropped, and the claim in British territory was kept.
Early days
The early days are considered one of the most important time periods in New Eiffelic history. New Finland adopted a new flag and coat of arms. New Finland also adopted many national symbols, such as a national animal, national anthem, and a national monument, some of which are used still used as national symbols today. The government was also reformed, and new laws were adopted.
The first two bike roads the J16 and New Eiffel Main Route 1[16] were constructed.[17] The first three cities were named, Smithton, Hardwork Village Outback and Smithington, which would later be renamed to Plitvice, Új Repülő[18] and New Leeds respectively.
New Eiffel Civil War
New Finland had a civil war when the Supreme General of HRANE tried to overthrow the micronation and become the new leader. It was known as the New Finland Civil War and is now called the New Eiffel Civil War or New Eiffelic Civil War. The Supreme General announced in a video that he had declared war on New Finland, to try to gain control over it. The Supreme General then attacked Zabëlle Skye around five minutes after he declared war. He attacked the President in his office. The President quickly grabbed a wooden sword and defended himself by hitting the Supreme General in the leg. As a result, the Supreme General became the Minister of War and had most of his power stripped to make sure nothing like this would ever happen again. He was also suspended from HRANE for thirty days. Tighter security for the President's office was also put in place.
Kingdom of New Finland
The president made a deal with the Minister of War that if New Finland became a kingdom, the Minister of War would have to keep peace. He accepted and New Finland became a kingdom, and the president was elected king. Despite the idea that he would have less power than before, this transaction gave him legal power over the courts. This was a controversial time in New Eiffel's history since the King disobeyed various laws and used loopholes and false allegations to steal resident's property. The King willingly stepped down after heavy backlash from the population and the media. New Finland was not officially defunct, however, all the government positions were vacant, and the Kingdom was left in anarchy.
Reunification
On 11 August 2018, the Kingdom of New Finland officially became a principality and was renamed to the Principality of New Temporary. Prince Zabëlle I called it a "re-founding" of the micronation, and installed a new government, new laws, and made New Temporary's online presence more well known. New Temporary was later renamed to New Eiffel on 30 August after the population voted for a new name.
Diplomacy era
New Eiffel expanded its diplomacy with the intermicronational community. It first tried to reach out to the Republic of Iustus (now Empire of Iustus). New Eiffel founded the now-defunct Organisation Of Active Micronations (New Eiffel Union), under the name New Eiffel Union of Micronations on 21 November 2018,[19] which had eleven member states by 2019, and was one of the fastest growing micronational organisations.[20] The first general election ended on 25 December 2018, with Maria van Bosch from the Orange Party winning as the new prime minister. New Eiffel later achieved rapid growth to become one of the largest economic micronations in the micronational world. New Eiffel's most notable allies became Seybold, the Presidential Republic of Livettree and Blue Army. New Eiffel joined the League of Nations on 12 January 2019, after a long and controversial conflict between New Eiffel and the Catholique Socialist Republic.[21] On 21 January, New Eiffel adopted a new national anthem; Stand tall, New Eiffel, which replaced Friendly, New Eiffel. New Eiffel adopted a constitution on 1 March. New Eiffel became a member of the Micronational Olympic Federation on 12 February and a member of the Grand Unified Micronational on 19 May. New Eiffel's closest allies became the Tsardom of Phokland, Ünie, Plushunia and Mahuset. New Eiffel's hottest temperature ever recorded was 38.5 °C on 26 July. On 9 February 2020, Storm Ciara hit New Eiffel, and a severe weather warning was issued. The storm caused mild damages from flying debris.
Modern political era
On 3 September, acts of the New Eiffelic parliament started being officially recorded. The Voting Reform Act was passed on 9 October, reforming the requirements in order to vote in the general election. The Elijahgate scandal took place involving multiple party leaders between 28–29 November, and resulted in the passing of the Constitutional Amendment Act and the Prince Powers Act, as well as the Freedom Amendment on 2 December which was the first amendment to the constitution since it was adopted. This made New Eiffel one of the only two micronations that are openly and officially Anarcho-Capitalist, making the state entirely voluntary. Janus Smith was elected prime minister in the 2019 general election. On 14 February 2020, all New Eiffelic island territorial claims were dropped in a royal decree by the Prince, disestablishing the Island of A Férfiak, the Island of New Knight and the Island of Zackro. On 18 March 2020, a referendum was held to approve a new constitution and to revoke the former constitution along with all of the nation's other laws and constitutional amendments.

2019–20 constitution crisis and economic inflation
On 14 December 2019, Prince at the time Zabëlle I inadvertently lost the only copy of New Eiffel's constitution while trying to copy and paste it into an online pdf so anyone could view it. The only existing law documentation were acts passed through New Eiffelic parliament, however the legality of these acts as well as passing further acts were of heavy debate. Due to the constitutional crisis between late January and early February 2020, inflation for the national currency, the New Eiffelic ping, vastly increased. Due to New Eiffel's already meek economy and inability of reliable official inflation statistics due to it being a small micronation, the exact inflation rate is not known, however it apparently made the currency unusable. On 11 February, a non-New Eiffelic citizen James Frisch offered to Zabëlle I to write a new constitution for New Eiffel. Zabëlle I accepted, and work on the constitution began. By the next day on 12 February the draft was completely finished. By 5 March, Zabëlle I and the Prime Minister Janus had made final revisions to the constitution. On 18 March, a referendum was held to approve the new constitution and to revoke the former constitution along with all of the nation's other laws, acts and constitutional amendments. The new constitution was than officially adopted on 1 April.
2020 political crisis and general election
On 20 April, Janus was removed from his position through a motion of no confidence. After short discussions, Christina Nowell became the interim Prime Minister, due to her being the nation's Leader of the Opposition. On 29 April, the Communist Party (later Labour Party) gained a plurality of seats over the Coalition, after MPs Luke Warren and Pun Watta formed the Communist Party with Leon Montan. Interim Prime Minister Nowell was removed through a motion of no confidence, and Parliament voted to temporarily make Zabëlle I an absolute monarch. On 1 May, the Document Forming the Transitional Government of New Eiffel was signed by the Prince, and Parliament became the Transitional Legislature, and Montan as First Minister, with Nowell becoming Deputy First Minister. Jayden Lycon from the Cupertino Electoral Supervisory Commission worked with Zabëlle I and Montan after New Eiffel's membership into the Cupertino Alliance in order to host a general election to help end the political crisis. Various delays however lasting in total for nearly a month took place, and the election finally began on 23 May and ended on 25 May. The results were announced on 25 May, independents Lycon and Nicholas Randouler won the election with 30.8% of the vote (4 votes).
Post-election and abdication of Zabëlle I
Upon the announcement of his election victory, Randouler cited that he will "be making a doc[ument] of the planned stuff we would like to achieve in the coming days." Randouler however suffered a seizure on the same day, and passed away on 3 June, having been diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. His death was discovered within the micronational community on 8 June. Randouler Street was named after him in his memory. Due to unrelated reasons to any ongoing crises, Zabëlle I announced his wish to abdicate on 16 June, which Zabëlle later revealed he had been considering "for a few months" beforehand. On 17 June, following the line of succession, Janus fully confirmed he would be accepting the position of Prince. Zabëlle signed his abdication letter on 18 June, which was to be made official upon Janus's coronation, which officially took place on 20 June, crowning him Janus I. Janus I granted Zabëlle the substantive title of "Duke of Hsed" after his abdication.
Ending of the crisis and October 2020 general election
In early October, transitional government was disestablished and parliament was reopened, thus ending the crisis. On 16 October, another general election took place, which saw Leon Montan of the Labour Party (whom had won with 66.67% of the vote) being elected as Prime Minister, thus retaining his position as the head of government. Montan later resigned however on 25 October after what he called seeing "vile content being [posted via Discord] from Zabëlle."
Elijah M and the Kingdom of True New Eiffel
In early September 2020, Elijah M was banned from the New Eiffel Discord server by Leon Montan after Elijah posted a dark humour internet meme about the death of George Floyd. Elijah claimed it to be excessive use of Leon's power and that he was "amassing large amounts of political and social power in New Eiffel" by "flooding the nation" with "people who have no investment in the [micronation's] culture ... or the rights of the individual. On 28 October, Elijah enacted a declaration of independence that he and Janus had written after Elijahgate, in case New Eiffel was turned again into an involuntary, non-anarchist/non-minarchist state, thus establishing the voluntarist anarcho-monarchist Kingdom of True New Eiffel. KTNE seeks to carry on early New Eifellic traditions and language, and thinks of itself as the true New Eiffel, believing that New Eiffel fell from its true status when Christina became interim PM.
Dissolution
30 July, Janus made it known he was uninterested in ruling on, and made remarks hinting at him wanting to disestablish New Eiffel, which, although, would have been unconstitutional, added further instability to the ongoing crisis. Eventually, after months of attempting to find a solution with Janus, with some proposals including changing New Eiffel's territorial claims, the other residents sided with Janus and had publicly expressed their opposition to New Eiffel's claim to sovereignty. New Eiffel was unexpectedly declared dissolved on 1 November 2020 at midnight 12:00 p.m. (NET; UTC).[22] After the dissolution, the territory was immediately succeeded back to the United Kingdom.[23][24]
Geography
Before its dissolution, New Eiffel took on the shape of an almost perfect rectangle and consisted mostly of a field and a few trees. New Eiffel was very green, and featured widespread plants, and in most houses. New Eiffel had no bodies of water. New Eiffel was located near the Austenasian territory of Green Gate and the Presidential Republic of Livettree.
Climate
In general, the climate of New Eiffel was cool and often cloudy, and high temperatures were infrequent. New Eiffel was often rainy in Autumn, Spring, and the Winter. Summers were generally warm, sometimes hot. New Eiffel's average July high was above 27 °C. Winter in New Eiffel was often very cold and had little temperature variation. Heavy snow was rare but light snow usually happens at least once each winter. Spring and autumn could be pleasant. New Eiffel would receive very low amounts of precipitation annually. Typically, 25 °C or higher was considered almost unbearable, and -1 °C was worthy of a weather advisement. New Eiffel received these weather advisements through the Cupertino Alliance weather station project.[25]
The hottest temperature ever recorded in New Eiffel was 38.0 °C on 26 July 2019,[citation needed] and the coldest was -11.7 °C on 28 February 2018.[citation needed]

Natural history
New Eiffel occasionally saw red foxes entering across the border, and was home to two domesticated cats until its dissolution, the Royal Cat Trixie and her brother Mango, and a dog, Rola/Rolo, as well as occasionally the cat Ralph who was the only animal that had been banned from entering into New Eiffel. Another three to five cats are estimated to have crossed into New Eiffel every year during its existence. The Natural History Society of New Eiffel claimed that New Eiffel has over 7 species of bird, 25 moths, and more than 30 kinds of spider. However, this number was criticised.
New Eiffel had a large number of plant life. New Eiffel Gardens was a botanical garden in New Eiffel, and home to various species of plants and insects. New Eiffel Gardens grew tomatoes. The New Eiffel Registry Ministry registered two natural structures, the Grade 1 New Eiffel Gardens, and Grade 2 New Finland Monument, which was a large apple tree. New Eiffel also had a small decorative fairy house and a birdhouse.

Government and politics
New Eiffel was often called a 'flawed democracy', with free market capitalism being the most popular ideology. Socialism and Conservatism was also popular, with Communism gaining recent popularity at the time of dissolution in November 2020. Authoritarian socialism, Anarchy, and Swampism were very disliked topics in New Eiffel. Social Justice and LGBTQ+ rights were also highly debated. Marriage was not officially performed. The state church was the Church of New Eiffel, however this featured no involvement in the government, as the constitution of New Eiffel granted individuals freedom of religion, including the freedom to practice and the freedom to change religion.
New Eiffel was a principality, and the current prince at the time of dissolution was Prince Janus I, commonly known as Janus I, who served as the head of state. According to the New Eiffel Line of Succession Act 2019, all of his known living relatives were next-in-line for the throne. The next-in-line person could have chosen to serve or not. The head of state held the ability resign whenever they wished, however they must have provided a thirty-day notice prior. The current First Minister at the time of dissolution, Leon Montan, was serving an interim term.[28] Christina was made Prime Minister on 20 April 2020, after a motion of no confidence on Janus Smith was passed, and Leon Montan became First Minister on May 1, due to the formation of the Transitional Government.
Political parties
New Eiffel was a unitary parliamentary constitutional monarchy, with twenty-nine seats in parliament. There was one election every year starting on December 15 and ending on the 25 for a new prime minister. Each election ceremony took place in a different country or micronation. New Eiffel had eleven political parties, and every citizen was allowed to vote. Each citizen was allowed two votes. Every political party was required to get one seat in parliament, however, after a large number of political parties were created the law was abolished following the political party reform. Every citizen was required to vote at least once, with no required amount for downvoting.
The Socialist Yellow Party got four votes in the 2018 New Eiffel Prime Minister Election and was tied at third place with the New Eiffel Anti-Smoking Party. The Socialist Yellow Party was dissolved on 24 December, one day before the end of the 2018 Prime Minister Election. In an interview, the leader of the Socialist Yellow Party stated: "I dissolved the Socialist Yellow Party because I simply changed my political views. The Yellow Party will now be my main party."
Following the dissolution of the Socialist Yellow Party, the Socialist Scandinavian Party gained all four of its seats after a parliament vote. This was decided since it was the only other socialist party at the time. The Transitional Government currently governs New Eiffel. Labour Party held a plurality of seats at the time of dissolution.

Armed forces, crime and law and order
The United Armed Forces (UAF) were the armed forces of New Eiffel. They had three main branches, His Royal Army of New Eiffel, the Airforce of New Eiffel and the Navy of New Eiffel. Each branch also had its own smaller branches, such as the National Coastguard of New Eiffel, which was owned by the Navy of New Eiffel. The United Armed Forces were responsible for funding their branches. Most of the budget came either from voluntary public funding or the government itself. The police, and all state protection agencies worked solely to protect the rights individuals have.
New Eiffel used a civil law system where laws were created and amended in Parliament and the system regulated through the Official ZedCourt o' Ex New Finland and New Eiffel. It consisted of the Supreme Judge and a Chief Justice, however, both positions had been vacant since January 2019. The law was enforced by the Police Force of New Eiffel. Crime was very low, and the only punishments were either fines or unpaid community service.
Foreign relations of New Eiffel

Cities, free association states and territories
New Eiffel had been comprised of municipalities, free association states and territories. New Eiffel held three municipalities called cities, Új Repülő, New Leeds, and Plitvice. Új Repülő was the capital and New Leeds was the largest city. Only New Leeds held a permanent population. New Eiffel used to have states, which were self governing territories with permanent populations, still under New Eiffelic rule. Free association states, also known as associated states, were akin states, but held more sovereignty, and could join separate organisations. They could be inhabited or uninhabited. New Eiffel had two free association states, Grove, and Foxnin Creek. New Eiffel had multiple territories, which were akin free association states but they have no permeant populations. The current territories at the time of dissolution were the United New Eiffelic Territories, Hsed, and Danebork.

Economy
New Eiffel was considered a mixed economy. Corporations made up around seventy to ninety percent of the total economy. This included film production, clothes, banking, food, therapy, construction, and natural resources. New Eiffel had fifty-five registered businesses, although some of them may have been inactive or defunct. Most businesses and institutions were owned by the private sector. Construction and infrastructure were also relatively big industries. Win-a-lot Casino was a popular pop-up casino.[40]
New Eiffel had one of the strongest economies in the micronational world at the time of dissolution, according to the Economic Potential Index (EPI), which gave New Eiffel a five out of five, inciting "This micronation had serious potential for a strong economy".[citation needed] However, in August 2020, the government of New Eiffel made the decision to stop counting gross domestic product (GDP) all together per the Edgbaston Convention, and the Council of New Leeds instead began requesting businesses to report only their total assets or budgets where precise financial reports were unavailable.
Currency
New Eiffel's official currency was the New Eiffelic ping. New Eiffel also accepted Euro, South African rand, Pound sterling, and a fictional currency, Monopoly money. Monopoly money was the most traded currency inside New Eiffel. It was treated as the official currency, despite not being official, since New Eiffelic ping had no physical notes.
Cinema in New Eiffel
New Eiffelic people loved movies. Movie Day was a national holiday of New Eiffel, celebrated every 28 May. The film industry was thriving,[41] with over 25 films having been released in New Eiffel.[42] The film industry was massive, with the total revenue estimated to have been at least £2,651.20. The biggest distribution studio was Z&jProductions (63.6%), which was completely dominating the film market, followed by Z.S. Movies (13.64%), Ninja Films (9.09%), Zfilms (9.09%), and Farkasok és Szar Studios (4.54%).
Soothing Ring of Fire was the first feature-length film to be released in New Eiffel. The film consisted of ten hours and thirty-four minutes of slow motion footage of an unchanging view of an electronic heater fan, and was one of the longest films ever made. The film did not feature conventional narrative or characters, and largely reduced the experience of cinema to the passing of time.[41] A second experimental abstract film Ambient Walks was released on 22 March 2020, with a total runtime of 1,800 minutes (30 hours),[43] meaning some would call it the ninth longest film ever made.[44] The film was the first feature-film to be distributed by Z&jProductions.[45]
All films that were released in New Eiffel were required to have received an age rating/classification by the Official New Eiffel Ratings Board. The ONERB film age ratings based on multiple factors (Commonly violence, language, alcohol usage and drug use). A subdivision of ONERB, the New Eiffel Subtitling Company, was responsible for giving films subtitles.
New Eiffel had two cinemas, New Eiffel Cinema and the Gif Movie Theatre. The Gif Movie Theatre was being auctioned at the time of dissolution, whilst New Eiffel Cinema was still in use. Despite the massive industry, the Gif Movie Theatre filed for bankruptcy, and New Eiffel Cinema was slowly losing money.
ZSR Film Reviews was a popular New Eiffelic film criticism website, which reviewed a large number of films across a large variety of genres and cultures.
Taxation
New Eiffel had no taxation nor corporation tax. The New Eiffelic government was responsible for collecting taxes. Taxation could also be paid at either the local government or at selective government-owned banks.

Language
English was used in both all official diplomatic relations and government communication, along with Afrikaans. Both of which were the most widely spoken languages, with Dutch following closely behind. Hungarian was an official language in the city Új Repülő and was a recognised national language in New Eiffel. Arabtemporarian and Zësøtix were also national languages, however, they were not widely spoken. LOLspeak and Flemish were both minority languages, however, were given the status of being a recognised regional language.
North New Eiffelic was a conlang developed by Elijah M.; though it was spoken in New Eiffel, it did not have official language status. New Eiffellian was also a conlang that was currently under construction at the time of dissolution, and was set to be a mandatory subject in schools by 2027.

Common art styles included, post-Impressionism, surrealism, and Drawingworse. Most of the paintings in the Regional Art of New Eiffel Museum were painted by a small group of people. Drawingworse was invented in New Eiffel. Despite it being a famous style, drawingworse is criticised by both artists and the public. Drawingworse was commonly criticised for being random colourful lines and shapes on a paper, and not being actual art.[47]
New Eiffelball
New Eiffelball, nicknamed Eiffball, was the microball for New Eiffel. It was commonly drawn with a film camera. The first known New Eiffelball was drawn by Mel I of Landland on 21 February 2019. It depicted New Eiffelball standing on the Eiffel Tower in France. Since then New Eiffelball was commonly been drawn holding a film camera, the reason being that New Eiffel featured a vary large film industry. A series of digital comics called the Adventures of Eiffelball was being planned. All of these comics were planned to have taken place in the same universe, however would not follow a main story.
Sports
Rugbull was the national sport of New Eiffel, and had been since August 2018. A 2019 survey by Statistic-Fire found that the most popular sports in New Eiffel were Rugby Union, Rugbull, and Track and Field. There were previously three rugbull tournaments during New Eiffel's existence, as it was an annual and popular event. The October Games, and various other spin-offs was an annually held sporting event which featured three different stages: physical games, eSports, and card games/board games. Each stage had three sports related to the topic of the stage in them. The person who won the largest amount of games was named the winner.

Music and dance
New Eiffelic foot dance was a style of dance invented in New Eiffel. It was unofficially the national dance for a number of months, and was officially made the national dance in November 2019. Music was considered very important in New Eiffelic culture. The most popular music genres in New Eiffel was Pop, Alternative Rock, EDM, Dubstep, Gamflik, and Classic Rock. One of the most popular songs published in New Eiffel was an EDM song called Courage published by Zabëlle I, under the artist name DJ Zeddy.[48] Zabëlle released a comedic song released with a music video about a kid making fun of the Grand Unified Micronational, titled "THE UNITED MICRANATIONS is better",[49] mocking criticism of the GUM and YAMOs which claim to be better than the GUM. The song later became one of the two national anthems of the Cupertino Alliance on 20 March 2020, "having higher precedence", meaning that it gets to be played first,[50] after being proposed in the 69 Hour Session.[51][52] The gamflik artist known as F0rtn1te DumpST3R was also notable.
Literature

Due to the size of New Eiffel, and the fact that clothes were only made every few weeks or imported from England, new fashion trends were not common, and often only happened every few months.
Holidays and celebration
New Eiffel had 18 national, government-recognised holidays. However, it also had over 20 more unrecognised holidays which were widely celebrated. The most widely celebrated holidays were Christian holidays (including Christmas Day and Pancake Day / Shrove Tuesday), Firework's Day, New Year's Day and Celebrations Day.

For a long time, newspapers were regarded as the most influential information medium in New Eiffel, although audience attitudes towards television and digital news changed with the emergence of commercial newspapers and state broadcasting in early 2019. New Eiffel Broadcasting (NEB) was the main government-owned broadcasting station in New Eiffel, and New Eiffel National Radio (NENR) was the state-owned radio station. New Eiffel had numerous television shows, including The best soup Opera ever made and (Blank) Commercial!. New Eiffel TV held a monopoly over the television market. Comedy, game shows and satire were very popular genres. The fashion brand Jinxx uploaded all of its promotional videos onto its official YouTube channel.[56] DIME Magazine is a magazine jointly run by Zabëlle I from Statistic-Dime and Jayden Lycon from Curio Publications.[57]
New Eiffel's press had noticeable problems. New Eiffel had moderate press censorship, controlled by the government. Notable news brands include The New Eiffel Times, ZNEWS, Grand Italics, and the New Eiffel Weather Show. All of them aside from the New Eiffel Weather Show had newspapers and were also digital. Whilst The New Eiffel Times and the New Eiffel Weather Show were government-owned, Grand Italics and ZNEWS were both owned independently.
Despacito Radio was a radio station which played remixes, covers, and parodies of the famous song Despacito by Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee. It featured three students aged 12–16 of all ability levels, and had Christian emphasis. The school offered a number of subjects including English grammar, mathematics, and history. The school used the rugbull field for physical activities. The building for the school was shared with the self-storage company Storage for You!. Construction for the building started on 18 June 2016, and by 23 April 2017 the building's foundation was laid. Construction was officially finished in October 2017. The building later became a school of the successor state of New Eiffel in February 2018, and was officially named New Eiffel School in August 2018 when New Eiffel was reformed into its current form, a principality. The school was officially registered as a grade 2-listed building by the New Eiffel Registry Ministry on 22 August 2019.

The government home featured multiple rooms, used as living spaces, parliament and ministries, as well as having the Millanian embassy[59] and a cardboard constructed Embassy of Plushunia.
Transportation
Prince Zabëlle I served as the current Minister of Transportation. New Eiffel was very small, and as such, had no need for any airports or rail roads. Instead, bikes were commonly used.
