The Cupertino Member States Positivity Survey (GUM-MSPS or MSPS) is an annual survey conducted by Logan Ross asking participants to rank full member states of the Cupertino Alliance based on how positively said participant viewed them. The first survey was held from 29 September-10 October 2020 with the results being released on 13 October 2020. The ranking system is a scale of 1 to 5, similar to that of a Likert scale; 1 being not positive, and 5 being very positive. The top three highest scores were jointly New Eiffel (95 points), Aenopia (93 points) and Efransa (91 points), while the lowest were Qaflana, Millania both 70 points) and Centralia (68 points).

The survey is heavily influenced by a similar survey conducted by Zarel Smith in July 2020.
