Seann Torres (born June 16, 2004) is the current President of New Rizalia and was the founder of the Republic of New Rizalia.
Personal life
Seann Torres was born June 16 in Fontana, California. On October 9, 2017, he founded the Republic of Seannlandia, and was president up to its dissolution on December 1, 2017. The following day, he founded the Republic of New Rizalia, and assumed the position of president.
He is interested in paleontology, the study of fossils and archaeology, the study of human history. He owns a collection of fossils and artifacts.
