His Imperial Highness Prince Jake KCM, known as Jake Alexander Belcher outside of micronationalism, is the former third Prime Minister of the Empire of Adammia, and is second-in-line to the throne. He is currently the Count of Primoria, and is effectively retired as a politician. He was formerly the Minister of National Development and the Leader of the Liberal Party.

Non-micronational life

Jake Belcher was born to Kevin and Jayne Belcher on 30 November 2004, their third son after Adam Belcher (b. 1998) and Daniel Belcher (b. 1999). He operates the YouTube channel "JakeACake", which is licensed to broadcast in Adammia by the National Communications Agency as Channel 5. He has recently finished high school.

Micronational career

Jake Belcher was one of the few individuals to have known of the concept of the Empire of Adammia before it was founded. After his eldest brother Adam founded Adammia on 13 April 2013, followed by his brother Daniel becoming Governor of Tytannia eight days later, Jake expressed interest in setting up his own Adammic province. The chosen location was his mother's house, which was annexed on 24 April 2013 as Maternia, with Jake acting as Governor, a title which later became Duke following Imperial Decree IV on 4 May 2013.

After the current Supreme Directive came into effect on 30 June 2013, the Monarchy of Adammia switched from appointed succession to inherited succession, making Jake the second-in-line to the throne after Crown Prince Daniel and giving him the title of Prince.

After Crown Prince Daniel was elected Councilor of Primoria in July 2014, the Emperor moved Jake's title of nobility from Maternia to Primoria in order to more evenly distribute Ruling Council seats. He was succeeded as Duke of Maternia by his mother's partner, Sir Paul McKenna. In 2015, Jake joined the Liberal Party. After Paul McKenna was elected Prime Minister in the 2016 National Election, he appointed Jake as Minister of Defence.

Prince Jake became Leader of the Liberal Party in July 2017, and became the party's first ever National Election candidate. He won the 2017 election, becoming the third Prime Minister of the Empire of Adammia. However, his term was cut short after the Ruling Council relocated to newer provinces in Birmingham in October 2017. Jake set up a transitional Cabinet, with himself as Minister of National Development. Being no longer eligible to run, he became the first Prime Minister to stand down rather than be defeated in an election, and he was succeeded as Prime Minister by Sir Alex Helliker on 19 November 2017 as a result of the National Election. Since then, he has not had any active role in Adammic politics. However, he did effectively decide the result of the October 2018 vote on whether the Liberals should merge with the Moderate Party, casting a tie-breaking vote in favour of the merger.
