Lord Sir Callum Baker Gurr, 1st Count of Dankia Ulterior KCM KOF BA is a former Minister of Citizenship and Information of the Empire of Adammia and the former Duke of Paternia. A Liberal politician during VI Legislature, he infamously became the first ever Adammic cabinet minister to resign their post, in protest at the Liberal-Moderate merger.

Non-micronational life

Callum Gurr is a graduate of the University of Birmingham with a BA in History and Politics.

Micronational career

Gurr met Adam I, Emperor of Adammia through the University of Birmingham Liberal Democrats. After the Adammic government moved to Birmingham, Gurr was invited to sit on the new Ruling Council as the Duke of Paternia. He joined the Liberal Party, and was appointed as Minister of Citizenship and Information as part of the Moderate-Liberal coalition on 3 December 2017.

On 28 September 2018, Gurr resigned as Minister of Citizenship and Information in protest at the planned Liberal-Moderate party merger, the first time in Adammic history that a cabinet minister had resigned. The following day, Paternia was ceded to the United Kingdom, which caused Gurr to lose his Council seat and effectively ended his micronational political career, for the time being. He quit the Liberal Party on 5 October 2018 after the party conference voted to merge with the Moderates, defecting to the Storm Party which he campaigned heavily for.
