The Ministry of Social Engagement and Joy was a government department in the Empire of Adammia. It was initially created by the Government Ministries Act 2018 as the Ministry of Memes, and was renamed by the Government Ministries Act 2021. Its exact function was unclear, although it had responsibilities for organising certain national celebrations and creating meme content. It was inactive throughout its history, effectively serving only as a sinecure to allow certain individuals to serve as members of the Cabinet. It was dissolved by the Government Ministries and Agencies Act 2023, with its responsibilities being either transferred to the renamed Ministry of National Development and Culture, or terminated entirely. The Ministry had no child agencies.
