Metchlia is a province of the Empire of Adammia located in the region of South Adammia. It is 133m² in size and consists of three non-contiguous counties: North Astonia, South Astonia and Elgaria.

Metchlia was founded in 2019 from three counties: Astonia, Elgaria and Dankia. Dankia was dissolved in September 2020, and Astonia was relocated. Later that month, Elgaria was also relocated, whilst Astonia was split into two counties.

Metchlia is named after the nearby Roman site, Fort Metchley. The Wazakhstani oblast of Metchleygrad also derives its name from this site.
