Lord Sir David Hall, 1st Baron of Sapientia COA is a former Duke of Tytannia and former Minister of Citizenship and Information of the Empire of Adammia. He is currently the Baron of Sapientia and the Sergeant-at-Arms of the Ruling Council.

Non-micronational life

David Hall was born to Reginald Hall and Winifred Hall on 16 March 1977.

Micronational career

Hall's nephew Adam I, Emperor of Adammia made him a citizen of the Empire of Adammia on 23 June 2013. At some point in early 2014 (full records were not kept at this time), he was given the title Baron of the Sapientia Lowlands. In January 2015, he enlisted in the Adammic Army and became a Sergeant in command of the Imperial Guard (which currently contains only himself), and in this capacity the Ruling Council chose him to be their Sergeant-at-Arms. Following the death of Hall's mother Winifred on 11 April 2016, he inherited the nobility of Tytannia, becoming the Duke of Tytannia. His sister, the Prime Minister Emperor Mother Jayne, chose him to replace Winifred as Minister of the Environment, a position which he accepted on 27 April 2016.

Later, Hall briefly served as Minister of Citizenship and Information in Prince Jake's Cabinet, until he lost his seat as a result of the Empire of Adammia Act 2017.
