Henry Twain, who formed the Twain Ministry has been Vorsitzender since 26 February 2017 after being appointed by the Emperor Stephen. He was elected in the February 2017 general election held on 24 February 2017, and he proceeded to take office two days later, on the 26 February. The cabinet is officially known as the His Imperial and Royal Exalted Majesty's 21st ministry. The cabinet is made up of 11 members, 6 of which are ministers and 5 of which hold positions only. Vorsitzender Twain precipitated a major coalition government between his own Independence Party, the Conservative Party, the Democratic-Liberty Party, and the Edge Party.
It was preceded by the Second Smith Ministry, formed by his predecessor John Smith, and succeeded by Brazeau ministry, formed by his successor Michael Thomas Brazeau. Gr
