The Shiro Ministry, formed by Shiro, was the 28th government ministry of the Abeldane Empire. It was formed when he became Vorsitzender-elect (head of government) following his election in the fifth Abeldane federal election of 2017. Shiro's cabinet choices were approved on the 24rd of December, 2017, giving the new ministry control of government. The Shiro Ministry was preceded by the Langford Ministry, the 27th ministry of the Abeldane Empire.

Cabinet positions were distributed between the United Rhinoceros Party, the Abeldane National Independence Party (whose candidate for Stellvertreter, Patrick Renwick, was successfully elected), and the Abeldane National Federalist Party. This was the first ministry since the Second Renwick Ministry that did not include the Abeldane Social Ecology party (or a party that later became the ASE) in some form. Additionally, it was the first government to include the National Federalist Party.

On 1 March 2018, Shiro resigned as Vorsitzender, and was replaced by Stellvetreter Patrick Renwick, who formed the Fifth Renwick Ministry.
