The Reichshöchsgericht (English: Supreme Court, French: Cour suprême) is the court of last resort in the Abeldane Empire and serves as the supreme court for all the federal states of Abelden. It is the court of last resort for administrative law, civil law and criminal law cases. It also supervises the work of lower courts.

Judges of the Supreme Court are nominated and appointed by the Emperor, with advice from the Reichsversammlung. In order to become a judge a person must be citizen of Abelden and must be able to understand all the laws enacted.
