The Attorney General of the Abeldane Empire is the chief lawyer and law enforcement officer of the Imperial Government of the Abeldane Empire and the head of the Ministry of Justice. The office is vacant, as the previous office holder, Zabëlle Skye lost his seat.

The Attorney General is appointed by the Monarch or the Vorsitzender. He or she represents the people of Abelden; the Attorney General, as well as the other members of the Cabinet and government, are subject to impeachment and trial in the Reichsversammlung for 'treason, high crimes and misdemeanors'.
