The Attorney General of the Abeldane Empire is the chief lawyer and law enforcement officer of the Imperial Government of the Abeldane Empire and the head of the Ministry of Justice. The post has been without an occupant since 23 August 2017, with the swearing in of the Von Uberquie Ministry. The last Attorney General was Tarik Kârjasary, who served from 19 July 2017 to 23 August 2017 under the IV Renwick ministry.

The Attorney General is appointed by the Monarch or the Vorsitzender. He or she represents the people of Abelden; the Attorney General, as well as the other members of the Cabinet and government, are subject to impeachment and trial in the Reichsversammlung for 'treason, high crimes and misdemeanors'.
