Her Holiness, Dr Jessika Ross C.M SSP MP is the second chancellor of Marland and Delegate to the Silofaisan National Assembly. She was iconic in developing Marland. She founded the Monarchist Party.

Early life

Jessika Ross was born on 27 September 1999. From a young age, Ross was passionate about laws and politics.

Dawn of Flammancia

Ross was approached by Ben Felix about joining a new Micronation, Flammancia. From here, Ross took her Liberal ideology and created the Monarchist Party (later renamed to the Flammancian Liberal Party). In the first elections, she was elected opposition leader and proved herself an active member of the parliament.

Rise to Chancellor

Chancellor Felix, unhappy with her time as chancellor, made the decision to resign on February 3 2015. She approached Ross and appointed her provisional chancellor. After a week of debate and discussing Ross was named Chancellor.
