National Council (Envardia)

The National Council, formally the National Council of the Envardian Republic, is the directorial supreme executive and legislative organ of Envardia. Deriving its authority directly from the Constitution of Envardia, the Council takes the place of a head of state in a more conventionally-structured republic, and is also the national legislature.
