This page documents an English MicroWiki policy. It describes a widely accepted standard that all editors should normally follow. Changes made to it should reflect consensus. |
A stub is an article that, although providing some useful information, is too short to provide encyclopedic coverage of a subject, and so requires expansion. Non-article pages (such as disambiguation pages, lists, categories, templates, talk pages, and redirects) are not considered to be stubs and should not be categorized as such. There are currently 7,537 stubs out of the total 39,886 articles on MicroWiki, meaning roughly 18.8964% of all articles are stubs.
How-to
An article that meets the criteria for stubhood can be declared as such by adding {{stub}} to the top of the article.
