Tom Barham is an influential member of the Republic of Marland and FLAMN.

As the second member of the Republic of Marland, and the founder of the Marlandic National Party, he has had a large involvement in the evolution of Marland. He was also the first Vice Chancellor of Marland.

Additionally, he was one of the founding members of FLAMN (previously the Flammancia Media Network).

Joining a Micronation

On the 20th of April 2014, Tom Barham was invited by Benjamin Felix, the Chancellor of Marland, to become a member of the newly established Marlandic National Party. Before becoming the first Vice Chancellor of Marland, he was the first member of the Council of the Sea, followed by David Ross.

Vice Chancellorship

First Term

The first term of Tom Barham as the Vice Chancellor began on April 25, 2014. However, this term is set to finish on the 1st of May, 2014, as a result of the yearly vote. Before and during this time, Tom was able to eradicate some plans by the Monarchist Party of Marland, such as insituting a new language, starting a large military organisation, and more.

FLAMN Producing

When it was first formed, Tom was assigned the role of Producer in FLAMN. In this role, he has developed many of the technical media present in FLAMN productions, and has also largely been responsible for both the organisation and technical aspects of FLAMN's Microvision 2017.

Personal life

Tom Barham is a software developer based in Australia. He often goes by the username mrfishie, and additionally has a website at mrfishie.com, where he occasionally posts things. He likes to design web sites, as well as work on backend software in the internet.

Tom was raised, and lives, as a Christian.
