Michael Thomas Brazeau, who formed the Brazeau Ministry succeeded Henry Twain as Vorsitzender following his resignation on 29 March 2017. The ministry is officially known as the His Imperial and Royal Exalted Majesty's 22nd ministry. The cabinet is made up of 11 members, 6 of which are ministers and 5 of which hold positions only. Vorsitzender Twain precipitated a major coalition government between his own Independence Party, the Conservative Party, the Democratic-Liberty Party, and the Edge Party.

It was preceded by the Twain ministry, formed by his predecessor Henry Twain, and succeeded by Second Renwick Ministry, formed by his successor Patrick Renwick.
