A by-election to the 9th and 10th seats in the Reichsversammlung was held in the Abeldane Empire on 4 February 2019, called by the Emperor, HI&REM Newton, to replace the vacancies left by the resignation of Ava Neasa from the 9th seat and the defection of Wilma Oakforrest from Populares to ASE.

It resulted in Connor Stumperth of Liberty Front winning the 9th seat uncontested with 65.4% of the vote, and Alejandro Whyatt of Die Rechte winning the 10th seat with 50% of the vote.
