Donald West, who formed the Second West Ministry, was appointed as Vorsitzender by Emperor Stephen on 5 March 2015. Emperor Stephen abdicated the following day and was succeeded by Donald himself, but he as well abdicated on 24 March 2015 and was succeeded again by Stephen.

It was preceded by the Sadowski Ministry, formed by the Duke of Pleston, and succeeded by the Kioya Ministry, formed by Rachel Kioya.
