Llewelyn Lawton, who formed the Second Lawton Ministry was re-elected as Vorsitzender on 25 December 2015. The 1st Reichsversammlung was dissolved to allow for the elections and the 2nd Reichsversammlung was then established following the end of the elections.

It was preceded by the First Lawton Ministry, formed by Lawton himself, and succeeded by the Third Lawton Ministry, formed by Lawton himself as well.
