HI Count Kristijan Karolovych Nevtonenko (Ukrainian: Крістіян Каролович Невтоненко) is the first Governor-General of the Governorate of Aleksandropil, and the Polkovnyk of the Pavlovian Royal Guard.

Personal life

Kristijan was born in the month of October, in the United States. Obtaining Lostislandic citizenship in 2017, he later obtained Pavlovian citizenship in February 2018, and quickly built a name for himself amongst the Pavlovian Rus' peoples. In February 2018, he was appointed Polkovnyk of the Sts. Boris and Gleb Regiment of the Pavlovian Royal Guard. Shortly following his commission to the rank of Polkovnyk, he was granted the title of Count by HM Tsar and Grand Prince Alexander Feofanovič (IV), and given immediate jurisdiction over the Governorate of Aleksandropil. Kristijan was also placed as head of the Linguistic Department of the University of St. Achmed the Calligrapher.
