The Royal Order of the Knights of Stanislaus[1] or more formally, the Royal Order of the Knights of Saint Stanislaus, Bishop and Martyr[2], is the highest federal chivalric order of the Cheskgariyan-Litvanian Commonwealth[3]. Established on 4 March 2021 as the Order of the Crown of Cheskgariya and Litvania, the order is restricted to foreign royalty, heads of state, and nobility and shall only be conferred on the pleasure of the co-monarchs of the nation. It is limited to 3 inductions per year. The Order derives its name from Stanislaus of Szczepanów, a Polish Catholic bishop of the 12th century, who was killed by King Boleslaus II the Generous in a political feud. It is also partly a micronational revival of the 18th century Polish order|.

Grades

The Order is a single-grade order and the recipients of the order are referred to as a Knights or Ladies of the order while foreign monarchs who are recipients of the order are known as Stranger Knights or Ladies. Recipients are entitled to bear the post-nominals of KS irrespective of the grade of conferment.

Insignia

The insignia of the ribbon bar of the Royal Order of the Knights of Stanislaus.

The Order's insignia is a red Maltese cross, interspersed with crowned white eagles, and crowned itself by the Crown of Boleslaus the Brave, the federal crown of the Commonwealth. Inside the cross is a central shield bearing the initials CL (Cheskgariya-Litvania), circumscribed by the Order's motto, Coeliti Sublimia Dantur, roughly translating to "heaven belongs to the sublime" or "heaven gives to the sublime". The year of the Order's institution, 2022, is also inscribed on the shield.
