The Sancratosia Rompejelos (English: Sancratosia Ice Breakers), commonly referred to as Rompejelos, is a fantasy ice hockey team based in Sancratosia. The team competed in the MIHF Ice Hockey World Cup in 2022.

History

The Sancratosia Rompejelos was founded on 1 September 2022, specifically to participate in the seventh season of the MIHF Ice Hockey World Cup, a league managed by the Jewish Bolshevist Republic of Schykille. The public announcement of the team's creation occurred on 3 September 2022.^[1] On 31 October 2022, the Rompejelos withdrew from the league after completing only one season, finishing fourth in Group A and failing to secure a playoff spot. The withdrawal decision was primarily due to disagreements over the league's operations and Schykille's support to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, which conflicted with the core values and principles of Sancratosia.

The team's colors are red, white, and black, and it is known as the La Rompores (English: The Breakers).

Arena

The team plays its home games at the Arena Gordie-Howe (English: Gordie-Howe Arena), named after Gordie Howe, a former Detroit Red Wings player whom Princess Cloe had the chance to meet.

Seasons

2022 MIHF Ice Hockey World Cup Season

The season commenced on 1 September 2022. Sancratosia played in the home opener against hosts Carpathia, winning the match 3-1.^[2] Despite winning three of their five matches, Sancratosia finished fourth in Group A and did not advance to the playoffs. The Social State of El Dorado, which the Rompejelos faced in Group A, emerged as the winners of the 2022-2023 season.^[3]
