Special procedures
In certain circumstances, special procedures must be followed within Sancratosia. For example, individuals holding multiple positions listed above are accorded precedence based on the highest-ranking position in the order of precedence. When multiple individuals hold the same position, such as ambassadors, precedence is determined by the date of their accreditation. A specific provision applies to retired individuals who retain honorary positions from their former roles, placing them immediately after current incumbents in rank.
Delegation of ranks
The delegation of ranks is generally prohibited in Sancratosia, with limited exceptions granted to representatives of the Sovereign Princess and the Minister of State. Similarly, this rule applies to the Vice-President of the National Council and the Vice-Mayor of Sancratosia when assuming the duties of their respective titular authorities.
