The Most Gallant Order of Mahabali Karthika Padaka (Hindi: महाबली कार्तिका पदक मानपदवी, IAST: Mahabalee Kartika Padaka Manapadvi) is a state order of merit of Vishwamitra. It is conferred by the Rashtradhyaksh for "Excellent and gallantry services towards military". It is one of the highest state decorations of the nation, and is conferred only on the pleasure of the Sovereign Grand Master.
It was established on 23 January 2021, by the Rashtradhyaksh Varuna Sriraya issuing a decree[1] to confer upon individuals the decoration for their services to the military. The Order of Mahabali Karthika Padaka ranks below the Order of the Vishwamitra and above the Order of Diplomatic Service Merit.

The Order of Diplomatic Service Merit is conferred in five grades, with the highest grade being reserved for generals and honorary generals in the Royal Vishwamitran Army, however extraordinary appointments could be made.
