Catalina C. is a Alba Fesmarian computer science student, public administrator and humanist who serves as President of the Union of Fesmarian Socialist Republics, Premier of the Socialist Republic of Alba and Minister of Labour of the UFSR, She formerly was close to Vishwamitra before public and private disagreements caused the split of relations with Varuna Sriraya and Catalina.
