The House of Patranabish is the current ruling royal house in the province of Beltola and one of the six royal families of the State of Vishwamitra, the head of the house being the current monarch of the province of Beltola as the Rajpramukh. The House of Patranabish was the principal royal house and the ruling house of the nation between June and July 2020 however, it ceased to be the ruling house at the federal throne following the abdication of Tanishkaa Patranabish.
