The city of Razh Khabaar (Norwegian: Ræsenborg, Portuguese: Rasenburgo, Šlovedkian: Rejšesleve, Romit: Réšéslévé), previously known as Raischenbourg, is the capital of the Romitria department, and was one of the most important cities of the Karno-Ruthenian Empire. It was founded by Duke Bryant Raisch on 22 May 2015, and consists of one house. It was incorporated into the Democratic Republic of Nedland on the same day, to the Empire of Paravia in August 2015, and was given special autonomous status on 25 May 2016 under the State of Nedland. In late May 2016, Duke Edward and Oscar I of Karnia-Ruthenia had talks regarding the ultimate status of Romitria in Karnia-Ruthenia. It was then decided, in a joint resolution, that Romitria would be absorbed into Karnia-Ruthenia on 31 May 2016, thus making both official member states. Raischenbourg became then the capital of the Duchy and one important city of the Empire. Then, it became part of Nedland once more with the secession of Romitria from the Empire in September 2016.
