Tomcall was founded in 2019 to create software. It expanded to vehicle manufacturing when it brought the company of Grisa in Keystone. It later created Tomcall Airlines to create and fly planes from a hub in Natetoria City. When the new territories were added to Wegmat; Tomcall created a communications software. Vehicles manufacturing business was subdivised out of the company during the Great Des Plaines War.
