Cape Chad was established on 1 July 2020 as the capital of Whynofly following the signing of the Manifest Wegstany Act. As of 2020, the population of Cape Chad is 2. Some notable locations within Cape Chad are the Whynofly Capital Building, the Schiller River Gateway Bridge and the Gateway Arch to the Chad Mans
