Cape Chad, officially the City of Cape Chad, is the capital city of the territory of Whynofly. Cape Chad was established on 1 July 2020 as the capital of Whynofly following the signing of the Manifest Wegstany Act. As of 2020, the population of Cape Chad is 2.
