The 2020 coup d'état attempt was a failed coup d'état against the Wegmat Government. It was led by Leon Montan who jokingly created the Wegmat Military Junta. When Cole Baird was a sleep Leon jokingly established Wegmat as a republic before making it into a military dictatorship. The coup lasted until the morning of 13 August 2020 where the Prime Minister removed Leon’s admin privileges and removed him from parliament for 2 days until a constitutional convention was established. The Weg Royal Family was deposed and disestablished and Wegmat became a republic as a continuation of the state.
