Charlotte B. is a Member of Parliament in the Federal Union of Wegmat and the Cheif Justice of the Supreme Court of Wegmat. She is the furthest left member of the Deer Party considering herself a social democrat. Some Deer Party members want to remove her from the party as she is favour of reformed capitalism as opposed to the free market leadership in the Deer Party. Charlotte B. is the current Cheif Justice of the Supreme Court, giving her the power to motion a hearing on the constitutional legality of acts of parliament. Charlotte served in the Wegmat Marines during the Great Des Plaines Valley War.
