The 2019 Micronational Rock Paper Scissors Tournament, also known as New Eiffel 2019, was the first tournament in the annual Micronational Rock Paper Scissors Tournament. It was an OAM branded rock–paper–scissors tournament hosted by New Eiffel. The tournament began on 29 July 2019, and ended on 5 August 2019.

The tournament is single-elimination between sixteen entering nations, the matches are played online, it is first to three wins.
