The second Bleuberrie cabinet was formed when Napoléon Bleuberrie was elected for the second time as Prime Minister of Sabia and Verona following the May 2013 general election. Unlike Bleuberrie's first cabinet, this particular handful of ministers counted with members of different parties, including the Socialist Party (of which Bleuberrie was leader), the Unity Party, the Roots Party (originally the Strawberry Party) and the Initiative for Democracy. It counted with six ministries and the Prime Minister's office.
The cabinet was unofficially dismissed and replaced with the authority of the Commission for the Preservation of Democracy when Bleuberrie attempted to organize a self-coup with the support of the Land Army and failed. However it continued to hold de jure power as there were no precedents for the situation, and the cabinet technically remained in office until 1 October 2013, when the Stefanović Cabinet took office. During this two-month period, the cabinet was de jure headed by Rubén D. Hernández as Prime Minister.
