Early life
He emigrated to Sabia and Verona in late 2012 and settled in Salisse where he began working at the Rómulo Betancourt base of the Air Force. Career
In June 2013 he was chosen to act as the Vice-Chairperson of the Commission for the Preservation of Democracy (DMDK) under Berth Jens. Being a member of the military, his position was important as he represented the armed sector of the nation in the Commission. In July 2013 PM Napoléon Bleuberrie organized and attempted a self-coup, which after 3 hours ended in failure. Under Hernández's commands Salisse was secured from the rebels of the Land Army and Bleuberrie was arrested in Alcabala. The DMDK took over the region and Hernández assumed acting premiership at Jens's order. In October 2013 Ann Stefanović became Prime Ministerand Hernández's temporary emergency premiership ended.
Stefanović chose Hernández to be in her Cabinet as Minister for Defence, given his high position in the Air Force. During his tenure as Minister for Defence, Juclandia transitioned into the Federal Union of Juclandian Lands and Queen Isadora of Annenak was crowned. Hernández led the Sabioveronese military through the transition and administrated the changes that the SVRAF underwent during this process.
In February 2014 General Amaro Perdeut announced his intations to retire from his office of Secretary of the Air Force. Hernández was nominated to the job by incumbent Vice Secretary Raphaël Rivière and on 23 February 2014 he was elected as the third Secretary of the Air Force of Sabia and Verona.
