The Public Relations and Press Secretary is a position within the Grand Unified Micronational. The position was established on 13 May 2017. Officially, the stated purpose of the role is to "To conducts media and public projects."

The office originally existed between 2009 and 2010, and was re-established in March 2014. Eighteen people have held the position of Public Relations and Secretary, which since 26 January 2022 has now been part of the Communications Secretary.
