The Game Development Act (L1-2017-23) is an Act of the National Council of the Democratic Union of British States that empowers the Lord President to "without consulting the National Council, notify the Chair of the Grand Unified Micronational of their intent to withdraw the Edenic Compact from the Grand Unified Micronational".[1]

This law effectively gives authority to the Lord President to unilaterally remove the Edenic Compact - a country that serves as an effective merger of the Free City-State of Edenopolis and the Democratic Union, which inherited Edenopolis' seat in the Grand Unified Micronational - from the organisation without consulting the national legislature of the Compact, the National Council.

This bill passed the House on the 14th of March, 2017, and was signed into law by the Lord President on the same day.
