The 2012 Kossian Federal Referendum was a referendum within the St.Charlian Federation of Koss. The Referendum was held on December 15, 2012. The Referendum was to see if the population of Koss was satisfied with St.Charlie or if they wanted to proceed to the road of independence once again.
History
The Gubernatorial Decree III, signed by Governor Luiza Portes[citation needed] determined that every year, before the General Elections in St.Charlie, the Federation of Koss would hold a state-wide referendum in which people would have to decide the future of Kossian statehood, the options were if Koss should stay in St.Charlie or should pursue independence.
