The St.Charlian Observer (Italian: L'Osservatore St.Charliano) was a St.Charlian periodic newspaper published on Wordpress. It was considered amongst the most reputable micronational newspapers.

The Observer was founded on 31 December 2008 by the National Party of St.Charlie through the District, Editoria Nazionale publishing group - the St.Charlian company specialized in printing leaflets, books and newspapers. In 2009, under the direction of Magnus de Armis and later of Nick Maggiore, the Observer became one of the most widely read newspapers in the MicroWiki community, maintaining a certain importance and influence to this day. Due to its success, Erusia's ECN is said to its main rival, although both newspapers carry out positive relations with each other.

In early 2010, the Observer started publishing its articles on Wordpress and officially abandoned the "A4 layout" that it had used since its first edition in January 2009. While it is owned by the state, the newspaper's view is to be considered neutral. It became a member of the Micronational Press Council in April 2012.
