The Presidential Citation Ribbon (Italian:Nastrino di Citazione Presidenziale) is the third highest award and the second highest civilian award in the Federal Republic of St.Charlie. It is awarded only by the President or the Prime Minister of the Federal Republic (presently, Alexander Reinhardt and Alex Specter).
Established the 21st of April 2009, the Presidential Citation Ribbon may be granted to any St.Charlian and non-St.Charlian citizen "who performed exemplary deeds or services for his or her country and/or for micronational community".
The ribbon consists of a white vertical white stripe in the middle of two blue stripes which are located on a red background, in a gold frame.
