Ministry of Foreign Relations (Princia)
The Ministry of Foreign Relations (officially the Royal Ministry of Foreign Relations though the full name is rarely used), abbreviated to the Foreign Ministry and initialised as RMFR, is a government department of the Princian Commonwealth charged with regulating immigration, security and foreign policy. This means it is responsible for Dresmonaut Intelligence, Princian international recognitions, the Unified Military Defence Force and the issuance of domestic work permits and passports (as well as other such identity documents required for international travel). RMFR was created on the 18th March 2019 upon the establishment of the Alliance of Micronational Crowns by Princia, an alliance that once had a total of eleven members at its peak but was dissolved in June 2020 due to inactivity. If the Prince's Order votes to amend Princia's foreign policy in any way, whether that be to declare war or enter into an alliance – it must first gain unbiased approval from RMFR to do so, and must provide valid reasoning and substantial evidence as to why this should be allowed. The most recent act of the Prince's Order to be approved by RMFR was the 2022 Act of Russo-Macronational Condemnation, which imposed widespread sanctions on the Russian Federation as a consequence of its invasion of Ukraine. RMFR is, since 2 March 2022, additionally responsible for Princia's international recognitions; such as the recognition of Crimea to be a part of Ukraine or recognition of the Republic of Ireland's sovereignty over the entire island of Ireland. The most recent amendment to Princia's recognitions is that of Turkey being recognised as Turkiye. The stated mission of the Foreign Ministry is to act as a barrier between potential warmongering dictators and the legislative capabilities that could jeopardise inter(micro)national peace. RMFR is yet to use its veto authority in Princian foreign relations.
International recognitions
This section displays only the Princian recognitions that are different from that of the conventional internationally-accepted recognitions, with all controversial or uncommon recognitions specified in the table below. Princia currently operates a system of unilateral recognition of all other micronations, provided their claims do not overlap with Princia's. If two micronations' claims overlap, Princia recognises both claims equally unless specified otherwise.

Following an informal meeting between ministers on 17 October 2023, a statement was issued by the ministry officially labelling Israel's activities as genocide, and further asserted that the mere existence of the State of Israel is "inherently evil," calling for the creation of the State of Israel & Palestine where peoples of any ethnicity and religion will be treated and represented equally
State of Israel | ||
Ukraine | Princia recognises Ukrainian sovereignty over both the Crimean peninsula and the Donbas region, having previously recognised the Republic of Crimea as a nation independent from both Russia and Ukraine until January 2022. In the case of the ongoing Russo-Ukrainian War – Princia de jure sides with neither country, advocating only that peace be re-established, although de facto this means that Princia effectively sides with Ukraine as Russia is the main aggressor in said war
Republic of Ireland | Effective as of 1 October 2022: Princia recognises the Republic of Ireland as the sole nation occupying the island of Ireland, rejecting the United Kingdom's claims over the six counties of Antrim, Armargh, Down, Fermanagh, Derry and Tyrone. This means that Princia also recognises the name Derry as opposed to Londonderry as the name of both the city and county
Union of Burma | Princia recognises the name Burma as opposed to Myanmar
Republic of Belarus | Princia recognises the "white-red-white" flag as the proper flag of Belarus and does not recognise Alexander Lukashenko's presidency as democratically legitimate

Princian neutrality
Princia holds a long history of partial neutrality, while still maintaining military alliances with other micronations. Following the collapse of the League of Micronations on MicroWikia, Princia has been extremely hesitant to join military alliances – and is often referred to as a hermit state despite actively encouraging peace in the micronational community. The ideal, as stated by HM Prince Joshua I, would be to enter into not a military alliance, but an alliance in which each state agrees to recognise and respect every other members' independence while not being obligated to defend each other in the event of an external declaration of war. This alliance should also comprise a customs union and a partial monetary union in which every member state either uses the alliance's shared currency or pegs their existing currency to it. The former Alliance of Micronational Crowns was an early Princian attempt of reaching this ideal.
XYZ Encoding Standard
The XYZ Encoding Standard, abbreviated to XYZ-ES, is a system for encoding three-letter codes for micronations in conjunction with ISO 3166. Unlike many micronational encoding systems, the XYZ-ES is exclusively for the use of the Princian state, which also takes the liberty of designating codes to micronations. The XYZ-ES works with ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 by prefixing its codes with either X, Y or Z – signifying the state in question is micronational rather than macronational – with the letter itself connoting the location of said micronation: X for Europe, Y for Africa or Asia, and Z for the Americas.
