The Medal of Diplomatic Relations (Lingua Franca Nova: Medalia de Relatas Diplomata) is an award bestowed by the Sovereign Princess of the Principality of Sancratosia to recognize distinguished contributions and service to the success of diplomatic relations between the Principality of Sancratosia and other nations and organisations.

It was established on 21 May 2023 by Princess Cloe along with the other reforms of the honours system and in preparation for MicroCon 2023. It is the first medal to be produced physically in Sancratosia.[1]

The medal is also the first to have been given to the MEDALS database.[2]
