Foreign relations of New Virginia

The diplomatic foreign relations of the Commonwealth of New Virginia are implemented by the Foreign Office of New Virginia, led by the First Ambassador. Formal responsibility for foreign affairs is granted to the President and First Ambassador; however, the President takes a primarily ceremonial and representative role, while the First Ambassador directs foreign policy.
