Armando (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, 9 September 1961), 5th Baron of Roches, is currently the head of the Clan Brum and father to King Arthur II of Ebenthal. Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, he is the last of the nine children of Mário, 4th Baron of Roches, late head of the barional Brum Dynasty, and his wife Lidalva Barbosa.

In 1981 Armando married Wanda da Costa after have with her a daughter, Élida, Princess of Belmonte. The couple remained married until 1990 and had three daughters, including Princesses Laíze and Eleine. In 1994, when he assumed the headship of the House of Brum, Armando married Marília Carvalho, with whom he had Arthur II, current King of Ebenthal. Divorced again in 1998, Armando lived with Fabíola in Rio de Janeiro, with whom he had Princesses Laura and Sophia. He finally married Fabíola in 2014.

Currently Armando is the 12th in the line of succession to the throne of Ebenthal.
