The Ministry of Culture and Education (Portuguese: Ministério da Cultura e Educação) is a ministerial department of Ebenthal responsible for coordinating national educational and cultural policies, promoting studies and research, organizing cultural events and commissions, and managing educational, research and cultural institutions. The ministry is led by the Minister of Culture and Education who is appointed by the Prime Minister.
