Mohammed Jadid Shams, also known as Shams Chomsky Rafi or Shams Al Hasan, is a Bangladeshi-Imrulian statesman who is currently serving as the foreign minister of Imruland since 12 March 2024. Previously he served as vice president, deputy prime minister, speaker and deputy speaker of the parliament in several times. He is the National Mathematician of Imruland.
Early life
Shams Al Hasan was born on 24 June 1999 in Chittagong, Bangladesh. He completed his higher education in Language and Linguistics from the University of Chittagong.
Career in Imruland
Shams Al Hasan is one of those with whom the journey of Imruland began. He served as Minister of Cultural Affairs and Minister of Education. Laterly, he was appointed as deputy speaker of the parliament before the formation of formal republic in Imruland. He was prompted to speaker after some days. When the formal republic was installed on 30 September 2022, he was appointed as deputy prime minister. He was appointed as vice president on 6 October when Vice President Showib Ahmmed resigned on a sudden effect. He served until 19 October and then returned to his previous post. He is the author of the first national anthem of Imruland Chetonay Poytallish. He gave the "Great Bro Equation Theory". He was declared the national mathematician of Imruland on 30 September 2022 by the government.
Controversy
Shams was resigned on 13 November 2022 from the post of deputy prime minister during an address to the nation in Imruland Television (ITV). He blamed the government for insulting him. Some members of the parliament also threatened to resign if Shams resigned. It resulted the 2022 Imruland political crisis. A state of emergency was declared and many people were arrested by Imruland Army. Shams and his supporters were exiled from Imruland for creating instability. He established a party named Imruland National Party (INP) after the incident. The party was banned by the government and was declared a rebel group. The ban was lifted after an agreement between the government and the party. In this time, the party chairman Shams Al Hasan was appointed as Leader of the Opposition in the Parliament of Imruland. The whole party was again banned after revealing secret conspiracies by the Imruland Intelligence Agency (IIA). During this period, Imruland was filled by conspirators against government. Vice President Showib Ahmmed declared zero tolerance against them. He declared the supporters of Rafi as rebel and ordered to arrest them wherever they were found. He was stripped of his title as National Mathematician on 14 December 2022 by passing a resolution on the Parliament of Imruland.
The deportation order on Shams was later revoked after the instability made by former president Fokhrul Sazzad after the 2023 Imruland President Election. At that time Shams exposed all the conspiracies of Fakhrul Sazzad. Showib Ahmmed called him a great patriot of Imruland after the incidents and all of the bans on him and his supporters were lifted. He was appointed as the defense minister of Imruland under Prime Minister Ishtiak Mahfuz Abdullah on 27 January 2024. His portfolio was changed to Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 12 March 2024 in a cabinet re-shuffle.
