The Speaker of the Parliament of Imruland is the chief executive of the Parliament of Imruland. The speaker is appointed by the Prime Minister of Imruland. There is no term limits for speaker. The current speaker is Muzahidul Islam Niloy, who was appointed on the post on 24 May 2023 by President Showib Ahmmed.
Powers and duties
As chief executive of the Parliament of Imruland, when a resolution is passed by the Parliament, it becomes effective after it is issued in the form of a notification with the signature of him. The Speaker's office determines the rules and regulations to be followed during the official and unofficial session of the Parliament. The Speaker can expel any members of Parliament including cabinet members.

Deputy Speaker of the Parliament of Imruland is the deputy chief executive of the Parliament of Imruland. He gets the full power of Speaker in his absentia. The deputy speaker is appointed by the Prime Minister of Imruland. There is no term limits for deputy speaker. The current deputy speaker is Deputy Governor Leone, who was appointed on the post on 26 June 2024 by Prime Minister Mohammad Noyon.
