Throughout its existence, the Principality of New Eiffel had three museums, all located in the largest city of New Leeds—specifically in the Main Building. The Regional Art of New Eiffel Museum, an art museum and gallery, was opened first in January 2018, showcasing over 55 pieces by New Eiffelic artists. Maria van Bosch was the most exhibited artist. The museum closed indefinitely in December 2018 and was formally dissolved on 15 January 2020 in favour of the Surrealist Art Gallery.

The New Eiffel Currency Museum was established in September 2018 and exhibited foreign currency as well as the micronation's former currency Łight Net, which was replaced by the New Eiffelic ping in May 2019. It was closed in August 2019. The Z&jProductions Museum in the headquarters of Z&jProductions exhibited the film studio's film props as well as film merchandise from non-Z&jProductions works. It existed between about September and December 2018, and viewing werw available only with permission from the studio.

New Eiffel Currency Museum

Opened in September 2018 and closed in August 2019 and headquartered in the Main Building (Mail Code 001-AB), the New Eiffel Currency Museum was a numismatic museum of foreign currency—including coins and banknotes—and currency formerly used in the principality and predecessor Kingdom of New Finland. It held every denomination of Łight Net (replaced by the New Eiffelic ping on 4 May 2019) as well as its early prototypes. The museum had a small collection of coins including the Croatian kuna, euro, Hong Kong dollar, Polish złoty, pound sterling, renminbi (Chinese yuan), South African rand and the United States dollar, and banknotes including the Czech koruna, pound sterling, rand and Turkish lira. It had shared its space with the headquarters of Z&jProductions.

Regional Art of New Eiffel Museum

Opened in January 2018 and closed on 15 January 2020, the Regional Art of New Eiffel Museum was an art museum and art gallery containing over 55 different paintings, drawings, installations, watercolours and photographs—all by New Eiffelic artists. It was originally opened under a different, now lost, name in the original territory of the Republic of New Finland within South Africa, but expanded to the micronation's newly-claimed territory in the United Kingdom later that same month. Maria van Bosch was the most exhibited artist. Around December 2018, the Regional Art of New Eiffel Museum closed indefinitely, and was formally dissolved on 15 January 2020 in favour of the Surrealist Art Gallery.

Z&jProductions Museum

Located in the headquarters of Z&jProductions (Mail Code 001-AF), the film studio had a museum featuring film props used in their previous films as well as film merchandise from non-Z&jProductions works. It existed between about September and December 2018, and public viewing was available only with permission from the studio. It was closed in preparation for the relocation of Z&jProductions' headquarters, which was finalised in August 2019.
