Arstotzka Observation

The Arstotzka Observation is the New Eiffelic name for the observation of the micronation Arstotzka. New Eiffel declared war on Arstotzka on 1 August 2018, however the war was in a constant stalemate until 1 May 2019, when they officially undeclared war.

Arstotzka's goal is to take over as many micronations as possible, and turn them into a new Soviet Union. The leader of Arstotzka claims to have already taken over his neighbourhood, however Prince Zed I believes it might be propaganda.
