The Haston Sector is a micronational sector centered around the descendants of Arkania and Haston.

Confederation of Hastonian Nations

The Confederation of Hastonian Nations was a loose confederation between the nations of the Haston Sector.

Declaration of Intent

Before the confederation existed, the members of it were involved in a project called 'Federation of American States', created and lead by Gabriel Hackman with the guise of creating a better American Union, he quickly consolidated power, incorporated non-American states, and revoked the rights of some, white giving special privileges to others.

Gabriel Sebastian, who originally was intended to be Vice President, was kicked out, along with Andrew Stoddard, Kay Daniels, and Ashton. After a brief conversation between Sebastian and Hackman, Sebastian was let back in, but decided to run for president from his own party.

While officially Sebastian was running for president, he, along with the others who were kicked, met to discuss possible backup plans, among the options considered, secession was chosen. The Declaration of Intent, as it was called, was written up by Stoddard, and a couple days after, while in a voice call with Hackman and his VP, Sebastian announced he was no longer running for president, and that he, and some others, were seceding from the Federation.

The first couple of days or so, thing were slow, with some communication and arguments between Hackman and those in the Confederation, however those incidents were few and far between, until Operation Falling Eagle.

Operation Falling Eagle

On the night of December 17th, President Hackman of the FoAS, sent Joshua Stoddard a DM, saying that his Federation fell apart, along with a picture:

The member nation of Ethosia offered "anyone displaced by the event refuge within our Confederation." However, it was revealed the next day that Operation Falling Eagle was a fake event, designed to see what the Confederation would do. The Confederation, upon realizing this, took that as an attack, and publicly came forward with what had transpired, going so far to claim the Federation was committing espionage.

Treaty of Confederation

Over the course of three days, the nations of Gasconade, Ethosia, Vanceonia, and Kolbia signed the Treaty of Confederation Between the Descendants of Haston and Arkania. The State of Gasconade was the first to sign it, and Kolbia the last, all nations ratified it on December 23rd, 2020.

Under the Treaty, each nation keeps their sovereignty and independence, but agrees to form an economic, political, and military union. Each nation sends a delegate to the Confederal Council, which meets once every month.
